During a Financial Literacy workshop with Synchrony Financial volunteers, a Hungry Minds Pasay Grade 4 student, Jasper, wrote that his goal is to buy clothes and food specifically fried chicken!
It didn’t take long for Jasper to get his goal. Thanks to Synchrony Financial volunteers who sponsored the students’ meals for that day – Jasper and his school mates had chicken and rice for lunch! They were all smiles as they ate their lunch!
For most Hungry Minds students, a delicious and proper meal is hardly served at home. Being able to eat two meals a day in school is always worth looking forward to.
