In June 2006, Hungry Minds opened its 2nd school in Malolos, Bulacan with the help of Cargill Philippines. A small rented space served as classroom of 30 Grade 4 students from Bangkal- a resettlement community in Malolos. This is where these children built their dreams and started their journey.
Today, Hungry Minds Malolos has served 400 underprivileged children and families. Other partners and friends followed to support the school. Most of students from the 1st Malolos class are already working, helping their families and communities and giving back to Hungry Minds.
