Accenture SUS Volunteers recently visited our Malolos Schools and organized an engaging game for the Hungry Minds learners. Every student had the chance to bring home canned goods, snacks, and other food items to share with their families.

The visit came after two weeks of suspensions of face-to-face classes in Malolos and other parts of Bulacan due to flooding brought by heavy rains from the typhoon and habagat (monsoon rains) , affecting many people and communities, including many Hungry Minds scholars and their families.

After several days of disrupted classes, HM learners had the chance to enjoy being back in school, spend time with their friends, and simply have fun. The food items they brought home also came in handy when another wave of flooding affected parts of Bulacan last weekend, giving their families something to share and put on the table.

Your kindness and generosity show how coming together and sharing what we have can make a meaningful difference.
