Our New Website is Live – Explore & Get Involved! 🌟

We’re happy to announce the launch of our brand-new Hungry Minds website—a space where you can know more about the work we do, meet our scholars, and find new ways to make a difference! 🌟

With a new look and user-friendly design, our website makes it easier to connect with the heart of Hungry Minds. Whether you’ve been supporting us for years or are just discovering our mission, you’ll find inspiring stories, updates, and meaningful ways to get involved.

Most importantly, this platform is dedicated to the Hungry Minds community - donors, parents, educators, alumni, volunteers, and advocates who are committed to transforming the lives of Hungry Minds children through education.

An artwork of dreams

As a child, Ronnie wrote about being worried whether there would be food on the table for the next meal. His parents barely made enough for their family. He didn't imagine himself going to College because finishing Elementary alone was a far off dream. More than a decade later, look what has become of him. Feed a Hungry Mind

It is unfortunate that most of our students only get to eat a proper meal when they are in school. This is why we ensure that each student meets the basic nutrition requirements to be ready to learn. This year, we invite you to join us again as we aim to reach our goal to feed 129 Hungry Minds students with two meals a day this school year. For as little as PhP50 (US$ 1), you will provide a child with a day's meals (breakfast & lunch) in school. You may also donate PhP2,000 (US$ 45), to provide a 50...

Journey to Hungry Minds Malolos

HM students proudly show their artworks [/caption] Last July 22, 2015, Kaya Co fellow and Hungry Minds intern, Sierra, visited the Hungry Minds Bulacan to meet the students, their parents and the HM Bulacan team. She also visited the homes of several Bulacan scholars with one of the Hungry Minds volunteer, Oliver. After spending two days in Hungry Minds Bulacan, Sierra shares a personal reflection about her experience: "During those two days I was at the school, I learned a great deal about the culture of Hungry Minds in Malolos – the openness of the students,...

A fun day with the Southeastern College Sharks!

Thank you, Southeastern College (SEC) in Pasay City, for the swimming lesson for the HM 6th graders! Members of the SEC Sharks and their Coach were there to mentor the children and share their knowledge. Administrators and staff showed care and generosity which ensured the activity's success! Those we met from SEC were certainly models of service, excellence, and character. Thank you again! ‪#‎SECSharks‬ ‪#‎SEC‬ ‪#‎SoutheasternCollege‬ (Photo by Teacher Candy)

A Hungry Minds Experience

In her first week at Hungry Minds, Sierra, a Kaya Collaborative fellow, visited the homes of several Hungry Minds Manila students to meet their families and to immerse herself in the community. Her experience has given her an opportunity to understand and learn more about the children of Hungry Minds: "I am now beginning to see that these students and parents I meet through Hungry Minds have risen above the limitations of poverty, an accomplishment more distinguishable than any accomplishment I will achieve in my lifetime."
